Design It.
Build It.
Grow It.
We call our program Design It. Build It. Grow It. The three broad elements of the program are:
Design It- What the student wants in life, goal setting & how the participant wants employment to look for them.
Build It - Building resilience for each participant via training and skill-building. One area being resume writing and identifying the things the participant needs in life to get employment.
Grow It - Maintain the position the participant obtains and look at what support the participant needs to grow further into the role they are employed in.
